Terms of Sale

  • Payment must be effected via Worldpay, our completely secure payment processing provider.
  • The prices are correct at time of update E&OE
  • Items are sold subject to availability
  • We accept no liability for species and/or hybrids found to be incorrectly identified
  • We supply to the UK & EU only
  • Despatch is within 7 working days (14 working days at busiest times) of receipt of the order.

REASONABLE CARE

It is understood that you have researched the plants you are considering purchasing and have a reasonable understanding of the basic requirements they have. 

Delivery

  • Orders are delivered by Royal Mail
  • We aim to despatch is within 7 working days (14 working days at busiest times) of receipt of the order.
  • If you are unavailable to accept the delivery then Royal Mail will hold your parcel at your main sorting office - if good are undelivered, please check first whether they are being held at your sorting office 
  • If there are any dead on arrival's, missing or damaged goods - please follow the instructions on the DAMAGED GOODS page
  •  

Cancellations

  • You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days * see note

Returns Policy

  • You can return any item which is damaged or dead on arrival for a full refund
  • If the parcel is damaged on arrival you MUST specify it at the time of signing for the package, you can not contact us later to say the parcel was damaged unless you said so when signing for the package
  • If there are any missing or damaged goods - please notify us IMMEDIATELY telephone: 01977 651187 / 01977 645891 and please read the DAMAGED GOODS page.
  • Any money owed will be refunded within 30 days of returns arriving back

We are now open after the winter break.

We are delighted to welcome all past and present customers and to wish you Happy Growing!!

RE orders - for your convenience and to save any concerns that you may have -PLEASE NOTE:-

1. that orders are despatched within seven WORKING days at the latest, by first class post, so please be patient - they often are sent sooner than this but please allow 7 working days before worrying about them.

2. It is helpful if we can put something on the package for if you are out, eg "please leave in porch if out", "please leave with neighbour if out". There is a space for this in the Customer Notes on the order form.

3. Before contacting us re non receipt please check with your LOCAL SORTING OFFICE as in most cases your packages will be there. (We know this because they will eventually be sent back to us as "not called for" otherwise!)

4. plants are sent without pots and compost, ready for potting up. (They cannot be sent in pots with compost as the compost is dry and falls out; also postage would be much more expensive, we try to keep it as low as possible but Royal Mail has implemented large postal rises as it is. )

5. we are so sorry, but we do not sell large specimens 4. we are so sorry, but we do not do not sell in wholesale quantities
